Brain Splattering School

Brain Splattering School

A Poem by A

Do you ever wonder why?

Why you’re in school? In class?

Why you kill yourself over deadlines?
Why you spend your days clock watching?

Moments of you life

Pass you by

Hour by hour

You continue to ask why

Why do you wish

To please people

People that will

Never appreciate you

Why?

You go each day

To a place you hate?

Why?

Are you ever going to have the guts too stand up for yourself?

Make each day count

Or are you going

To wait for

The one day

Where you finally

Break

You finally pull the trigger

The escape

To your lost dreams

The shatter of your

Brain cells

One by one

As they fall

Like each moment you let slip away
