from trees to words

from trees to words

A Poem by A

words

on a paper

on a tree

break

or

make

heal

nature dies

for gain

of words

words that can’t be spoken

to painful

to hard

to easy

tree to love

tree to pain

I agree with Jacob. This poem shows how the world is connected and the details that go into healing the earth and the spirit. Maybe in some ways our relationship with the page, that give and take, makes the process more intimate and powerful. I think you give your readers a real glimpse into that truth.

we kill a tree to heal...

a part of nature dies so we can come alive...

this shows such a need poets have to write..

i really like this...one thing though...lines should be "too painful/ too hard/ too easy"

i like the ending..."tree to love" because it gives us the paper..."tree to pain" because on that paper we unleash the pain.
