i am a teacher on the outside 

i am a child molester on the inside


i am a radical on the inside

i am abused on the outside


i am a scared and confused on the inside 

i am a terrorist on the outside


i am a CEO on the inside

i am a drunk on the outside


i am a queen on the outside

i am a prostitute on the inside


i am a rapist on the inside 

i am a news anchor on the outside


i am a bank robber on the inside

i am an investor on the outside


i am a loyal wife on the inside

i am a cheater on the outside


i am a lawyer on the inside

i am a confederate on the outside


i am a president on the inside

i am a slave on the outside


i am a lady on the inside

i am a porn star on the outside


i am a Christian on the inside

i am a bigot on the outside


i am a hypocrite on the inside

i am a senator on the outside


i am a Muslim on the inside 

i am a white man on the outside


i am deserter on the inside

i am a soldier on the outside 


i am an addict on the outside 

i am an artist on the inside


i am a human on the outside

The concept is an interesting one, but there is no consistent flow, especially the 'outside, inside' changing places. The contradictions in certain places are just wrong. For example, Muslim on the outside and white man on the inside, there are white Muslims!
I'm assuming you intended to create a flow but many extra words seem to disrupt it.
I would suggest polishing this piece, I do like the concept and how you have approached it. The question raised at the end is definitely thought provoking. Someone who isn't true to themselves will always doubt their worth and other's perception of themselves.
