Love Sonnet XXXIV (Part 2)

At the break of day, we

sat under the old Oak tree,

sharing our dreams with

the water’s flow, its wetness

caressing our feet, and carrying our

visions to the sea. It was

here we heard Grandmother’s

reply. “My loves, your

“hearts beat in rhythm with

the water’s journey because

you, the water, the trees, deer

“and Chickadee are one. It’s the

great gift, this balance, this

continuity with everything around you.”

It's a Question of Balance...I was humming songs from that Moody Blues album while reading this.
smooth sonnet...I like the near rhyme sprinkled in.
