You rode into my life in

dreams, bareback rider of

infinity’s tears, you calmed

my fears and loneliness.

 

We found comfort in those

clouds, as side by side,

our skin touched in warmth

and gentle sighs. You tickled

 

my backbone with fingertips

colored by desire, arousing my

wanting you at the break

 

of day. Dreamers we, rode

those clouds over valleys

filled with butterflies blue.
