Love Sonnet XXVIII

Love is a gamble, a roll

of the dice. Lucky Seven emerges

on the felt needs that

determine a coincidental meeting

and inspires a desire to feel

the depths of you, to

know your dreams and

wishes for a world unfettered,

where human beings look upon

each other with understanding,

a respect for the beauty of colors.

Come, my love, take my hand, let’s

roll the dice, ahead lies

a future world, a world of liberation.

have to live this way.)

Rolling the dice of love is always a gamble but typically one worth the chance. I love the wording and the emotion put into the poem

You are welcome
Hi Aztec, I am on the second Love Sonnet as I have decided to read a Love Sonnet per day.
I love your little PS "We don't have to live this way."
I don't know what we can DO besides the opposite of what we've been doing.
Enjoy life and try to avoid wasting our resources.
At least you are one person trying to do things differently. Great Write!

Woozy woo
An excellent reminder of what love is, what it stands for, what joy it brings.
I hope your investment and invitation to her pay off handsomely.
