Electron Songs

 

There’s a song

that when it plays,

time fades

until it becomes you.

Is this a dream,

stuck in some distorted

time loop

where there is no space,

no continuance,

no gravitational pull

of radical electrons

escaping their nucleus?

 

I hope so,

cause that song,

its continuous repetition

of round and round nonsense,

needs to be smashed,

not rewritten.

 

These electrons,

charged particles of solar dust,

have the power

to create new songs

for you;

for all of us.
