We have been told,

“ignorance is bliss.”

Really?

 

Ignorance

just leaves us stupid,

and stupidity

has nothing to do with “bliss”.

Makes me think of some comedian's line, "You can't fix stupid."

it would be hilarious if it weren't so dangerous to humanity....

one thing though, if you can't fix, then there will continue to be too many needless deaths.... don't know how old you are John, but back in the 60s, we re-educated millions of people to see the need for and wanting to change everything.... we need something like this again for these times since nothing simply repeats itself.... but if we are always and forever unfixable, the world is in for the 6th great extinction.... while there are some who will always remain stupid, the vast majority of humanity can and will learn....
