The words in this poem and the expressions remind me of something Shakespeare, ish. I know it isn't in sonnet form but it rolls along with a descriptive narative on the theme of love so smoothly.
Love poems have to be written without holding back to give them the power they need. It seems you are a romantic.
Why would anyone apologize for falling in love so gloriously? The romance in ever line is simply delightful, Curt. Hearts do melt when they love like this. It is easy to fall in love with the words of another poet....to become lost in between the lines. Oh my, yes....now this is a NICE poem. Lydi**

i am not sure she needs or would want an apology...those loves that start slowly, sooner or later the heat rises, gets uncontrollable...and the reckless abandon sets in.
From happy to sad, happy to sad, then an ending, a final word I would never have expected. "Sorry". Talk about deep and lonely, I saw your notes, is this what Fridays bring?
