Smitten: A Prequel To The Sequel

The story goes:
Kubla swept down the Urals
Oh so long ago
Conquering
Changing things as he went.
There was no vanilla in his
Looking for a firey gypsy soul
Whose heart was made of gold.
He had seen her in his dreams,
Carved her face on passing trees,
Painted her on murals
In castle halls;
Wrote of her beauty
In silken worded poetry.
He was smitten, you see.
~~~
And so the story unfolds
But hardly ever gets told, it's
Kubla's bitten, smitten,
Magically written
Prequel to a Sequel' d
Sequel. -
Known as:
"How A Shy Man Got His Bold"
And it's sequel,
"How Vanilla Became Colorful"
Vanilla was always colorful, he just doesn't know the potential of his sprinkles, the sillyhead. This was such a sweet gesture Curt...you've brought to light all Benji's brilliant attributes, he's a sweet soul like you and a masterful poet too...Don't worry, be happy always works. :)
It is worthy endeavour to make our dear Steve smile. And you definitely made me smile with this one. And to what captcha is missing sand (le) wood.
This is SOOO great, and I think, captures the quirky and clever style of Steve while still remaining you.
