JAZZ

A Poem by redzone
"

A few thoughts on the intricacies of the smoothness of Jazz.

"
J A Z Z

The motion of fingers
Weave tonal waves
Into jasmine scented air
That vibrates radically
As the taste and flair
Of a butterscotch melting,
Be-bop style.
Revolution flows from fractals
Smoothly played as saxophone art.

The music of jazz with its intergrated African beats comes from
the necessity to hear the noise made as people consciously ride social
change into the future. It is the concentrated expression of the way
human beings find joy and awe within the art of noise;
it is the sound of the human heart echoing throughout the universe.

Sublime, red.

Wow, Redzone I absolutely love this ... the way music can infuse into our soul and bring out such expression and emotion, is a beautiful thing to behold. I admire musicians and the talent they possess. I love they thoughts you bring to mind in the last part of this poem.... the way each culture has taking music and made it their own unique blend of beat and melody, and the way music has evolved though out time... so intriguing. Again I absolutely loved this write, fantastic work!
