'OOH How I Love You'A Poem by redzonethe Moody Blues: a taste of my Romantically/Impressionist aspects...
"Oooh How I Love You"*
‘Nights In White Satin’* the song and words play wishfully in my head, soaring me into my romantic and impressionist aspect of life. ~~~ ‘Letters I’ve written never meaning to send..’* Yes, so much unsaid; words, songs would fill days and days, leaving only nights in silence. Why do most of us live in the dark? ~~~ ‘Beauty I’ve always missed with these eyes before..’* Often we fail to see the possibilities, the vast potential of beauty and life as it teems throughout the universe, and within. Blinded by the way things are, but also by fear and doubt. ~~~ ‘Lovely to see you again my friend won’t you walk with me to the next bend’** Come, give me your hand let’s stroll this beach of time. With its shifting sand, life is complex emotion; demons lurk, hidden behind wave soaked rocks. But so does the thrill of chasing and kicking ebbing and flowing waves; giggling at the sudsy foam made with all our words spoken.. ~~~ ‘Nights in white satin never reaching the end..’ Come, let me hold your hands, see your cheeks dimple when you smile. Let this be the letter I’m sending... Cause - ‘ooh how I love you’*

NOTE: credit for this poem must be given to Frieda. The other day she wrote a lovely, romantic poem with "Nights In White Satin" embedded within. I love this song, and have appreciated the artistry of the Moody Blues forever. Their album "Days Of Future Past" remains one of my most favorite. So, thank you Frieda, for the inspiration (poem and music). © 2014 redzoneAuthor's Note
