Beauty-volts.A Poem by Ramiz Ilham KhanDedicated to & Inspired by my dear Friend who is a wonderful and a Beautiful Human being. "Aashna Singh."
Yellow light in slow motion drenching her completely,
Hair artistically rolled over, dropping sophistry drop by drop, from all edges. Radiant blank stare like an unexplored cosmic space, open to new discoveries, open to new theories. Left eye - in urge to explore, Both together have a promise filled with desires - not to be spoken of. Yellow atoms reflect from cheeks, further dropping a photon or two. Simply to leave its footprints on the history of beauty. Crisp upper lip, with gratitude and plausible efforts, stops the gushing blood waiting to be explored in the veins. Puts an end to the uprising in the blood cells. Love with pinch of electricity runs through thin air, owning everything and anything, as she tuns to 45 degree angle to get clicked. There right there - in this very moment which is, Like a no man's land between the soul and the Mind. I realize, I knew not that she was drunk until I read it on her glowing brow. © 2010 Ramiz Ilham KhanFeatured Review
