Act 1
POV

I stared deep into crimson dots,
erring 'em as Rubies, totally mazed.
Quietly, her feet, shaped like wings,
seductively instructed me to fly.

Lulled, effortlessly by the move,
of my temptress' feet, I sighed.
My tongue raged inside, ready
to taste the left arc, of the right foot.

Act 2
Music

Explosion of 'Bass Clef' intrigued me,
fused with, quarter note & 16th note.
'Treble Clef' cleverly tiptoed away,
but 'Whole note' embraced the toe.

However irregularly placed, those
notes, on simply passing me by.
Became, fabled 'Richard Wagner's',
'Rise of the Valyrie'

Act 3
Affect - ion

Mere motion of her enchanting feet,
swayed my reality, twofold.
And yet she lay, humming,
the song from 'Kaagaz ke Phool'

"Waqt ne kiya, kya haseen sitam,
tum rahey na tum, hum rahey na hum.
Tum bhi kho gaye, hum bhi kho gaye,
ek raah par chalke, 2 kadam."

crimson toe nails - wing shaped feet - quarter note and sixteenth note - and then, humming waqt ne kiya - yes - i could see it - and i could hear it too -
very current - very relevant - very now - and yet - a powerful hint of the old school melancholy - of azmi sa'ab and guru dutt - mesmerising!
