I know this probably isn't any good, it's only my third poem. This poem was inspired by Owl City and a few things happening in my life right now. I try not to write depressing poems that will bring people down, and instead try to sound optimistic, and bring people up. So here it is :)

Very beautiful. I think this poem from you is on so much a different level than your other ones. It's inspiring, relate-able, gorgeous, written well, and it speaks of how a heart adapts and finds itself inside the many things in this world that help make it stronger and birth imagination. I can't help but wonder about Nora while reading this. Talking to her, almost daily, she is in my thoughts, and this poem just has my heart in a hug of sorts. ....sorry. That second to the last stanza was of great quality and explained a lot of what the speed of the poem was and how important it was to pay attention to the details!! Beautiful, Abbey....... xoxo -Mark

WOW! This is such a beautiful poem! It flows perfectly! It put me on a journey through the Land of Dreamers... I myself are a dreamer.. and I agree we are NOT naive or frivoulous, we are believers, the achievers, visionaries and leaders... We ARE THE DREAMERS!!!
Astonishing write, great use of words, believe in your self and keep sharing. If we all keep sharing our emotions then:
"We will not fail
We will not quit
We will prevail"
'I know this probably isn't any good, it's only my third poem', Never doubt your self, this is a very good write. The fact that you shared your words makes it beautiful, words are only pointless if they are not shared and beauty can only be achieved in the witnessing.
'We start a fire
To keep us alive
And soon enough
It’s burning bright'
We set fires in everyone we meet, with some we get to dance around the flame in joy at the sharing of a journey. Loved this part especially.

And that's almost exactly what I was going for. We create a spark in the world in order to fulfill ourselves, but that spark grows bigger than we expected as it spreads from heart to heart. What was originally just a small spark to keep our heads above the water, is now a raging wildfire, giving hope to thousands who need it. Such is the way of a community and of the world.

My name is Abbey, that's with an 'e,' like Abbey Road or Downton Abbey. Basically the British spelling. I'm closer to a fangirl than to a nerd. I am .. more..
