Flower, Flow, and Vanquish

Flower, Flow, and Vanquish

A Poem by Rosezelene Ersa
"

During our personal winter, we need the light to grow.

"

Flower, Flow, and Vanquish

You see that little flower,

 There-

Beneath the wood?

It shimmies up to freedom,

Away from frozen mud.

Despite the white and windless world,

The nonexistent sun,

It hurries quickly out to show

It can and will be done.

Welcome, dear, to this new world;

A place of stifling snow

Where blankets drop from stars above

And cover where they glow.
