If growing up doesn't let you be desperate to demand a bigger scoop in the ice cream stall then don't grow up ,
If growing up doesn't let you jump onto the front window side seat in the bus then don't grow up,
If growing up doesn't let you tie up your sweater around your waist while running out in hurry then dont grow up ,
If growing up doesn't let you gaze at the grandpa with the funny beard in the park then don't grow up ,
If growing up doesn't let you dance in the summer rain with your buddies on the street then don't grow up ,
If growing up doesn't let you lie on the grass under sunlight in a cold winter noon then don't grow up ,
If grown up doesnt let you play with the road side kitty with weird voices then dont grow up ,
If growing up doesnt let you be who you love to be or do what you love to do ,then dont grow up.

There are only harms associated with growing up. We grow up and grow up the expectations of people around us. We grow up and grow up the inability to cope up with pressure. We grow up and grow up the insecure feelings within. There are only harms. Your poem perfectly captures the essence of living life to the fullest. Well done.

I like the poem and the message it delivers. But this seems more like some rock song to me... in a good way of course.
Even I believe against growing up.. silliest thing we dream of as kids..
