Imagine If....

Imagine if you were a small black ant

In the middle off a red ants

Not knowing where to go or stand

Imagine you were a caterpillar

Wondering where all of your friends have gone

As they had all turned into miraculous-looking colors

Imagine you're just right, the way you are

To someone, somewhere

Imagine the blushing cheeks of someone who's so excited by your simple presence

The warmth of someone who doesn't care about flaws or the past you

Every money is simple 

Passionate

Fresh

A new experience, waiting for you to jump in to its safe, warm arms

And take you on the most wild ride of your life

Author's Note

I know the topic is kind of all over the place, I had a lot on my mind and the idea struck me as a good one
Pay attention to dialogue and the style in which I wrote the poem

Beautiful. Surely that is what it should be like, but seldom is. No past, just the present and the future. I love the second verse, when you wonder what caterpillars think when they are last to transform. Such a beautiful thought, to put yourself in their shoes, so to speak.
