One Single TearA Poem by RebeccaShe crawls slowly to her corner, Her small place of freedom. The only spot she can call her own and Express herself.
She holds herself tightly, Wishing it all away. For a time feeling nothing, but knowing Eventually she must go back.
She lies down on the carpet, The softest touch she's recieved in Who knows how long. Only to quickly force herself back up.
Now she stands from her corner. That small place of freedom. And to the real world she returns, Leaving behind one single tear. © 2009 RebeccaReviews
