Dear Agony

Dear Agony

A Poem by Rebecca

Dear Agony,

How are you today,

Wandering in my thoughts,

Do you need a light?

It must be very dark..

Dear Agony,

Am I everything you thought I'd be?

Cold words and heartbroken,

Your perfect get-away,

Luxury hotel.

Dear Agony,

Does my confusion make you laugh?

Your own personal comedy act,

Pain, afterall,

Is the best form of comedy.

Dear Agony,

Please take your time,

You can't live here, but you'll be back,

Do me one favor though:

Leave a nice tip.
