Always Isn't Forever

Nothing lasts forever, and I know that now.

I can't take this constant battle for strength and control any longer.

I'm sick of fighting you, and I'm sick of being mad.

There comes a point where it's too much and

It's time to call it quits.

I don't feel hate, I don't feel scorn,

But I don't feel friendship either.

I'm learning that there's more to life and

More people to trust and befriend.

I never said this wasn't my fault either,

However I'm not all the issue.

I am not thinking any differently then usual,

I'm only taking a suggestion once said, and

Walking away.

Because at some point, it's all you can do.

 

Through this struggle I've learned one thing:

Always isn't Forever.
