There's a long way out of this labyrinth

Or we can go straight and fast

I spent a long time looking for the answer

And the question has come at last

 

Why do we always want what we can't have

Always pay but we can't spend

Always tire but we can't sleep

Make promises we can't keep

 

Why are we holding on so tight

When we know it will never last

And why do we keep running in circles

When we can just charge on
