You Don't Love Me

You Don't Love Me

A Poem by Beaner166

I don't know how to let you leave.
I don't know how to let you go.
I don't know what I want from you.
Simplicity becoming complexity.

Starting only as friendly exchange.
Evolving into something more.
Held by another, I long for your embrace.
Half in on an all in game.

I feel broken and out of place.
 Once whole now seeking repair.
You've become the ship keeping me afloat.
In an ocean so unforgiving.

Please tell me it is real.
So I really know.
So I can freely show you.
Free me to be free.

I'm here.
Waiting and willing.
To be what I know I can be.
What I can be with you.

I can't stop thinking.
I can't unfeel.
I can't fall for you.
I need to hear you say.

You Don't Love Me
