The PromiseA Poem by RealyfeYou know who you are...I can promise you the world, If you can promise me the stars; I can promise you a home, If you can promise me it's ours; I can promise you life-long happiness, If you can promise me docility; I can promise you the truth, If you promise to be real with me.
I can promise you my body, If you promise that you have the guts; I can promise you the healing, If you promise to provide the cuts; I can promise you the death, If you can promise an afterlife; I can promise you the husband, If you can promise me the wife.
I can promise you the heart, If you can promise me the chest; I can promise you I'll be right, If you can promise that I won't be left; I can promise you security, If you can promise me the system, I can promise to tell you everything- If you will only promise to listen.
