No NameA Poem by Aubrey HarrellThis is a man writing to a little girl that he met when she was very young. He fell in love with the little, adorable girl, so he goes to her house to meet her, but writes her a letter instead. No Name My name is No Name. I grew anxious I don’t know what you're thinking, waiting at you door. But this is no game. So I hope it made it to you. I am sinking into society I may write more, In a way you don’t know. But until then As you are blinking, I am smiling. I will adore the memory of you I met you at your low. I will again A time you were hurting and be on the street You needed no more foe. So when will you meet me? I was inserting a knife I won’t mistreat you. Into a little statue. I only care about you. As you kept averting your eyes. AS I sit in this heat You looked pretty blue. I wait for a clue My hand reached out of the girl in a red coat Handing it to you. Hoping you will come through. As you came about Love, No Name Reaching me too. Your fingers enlaced around the snout. I smiled brighting to who The little girl laughed. Which I knew I made her day. I craft every day Thinking of you. I would haft to meet you again.© 2017 Aubrey HarrellReviews
