I saw loneliness clearlyA Poem by Sofia
I saw loneliness clearly.
She was fragile, frail, weak. She turned and curled up, hugging herself silently, staring at me with dead eyes. I saw her pale and gray tint fade opaque And heard her scream only as loud as a whisper And I felt saddened.
