Skull Smiles

Skull Smiles

A Poem by nesuispas
"

skulls never stop smiling.

"

there’s a little boy.

hanging from a stringy,

swingy,

string.

there are bloody wrists,

blue lips,

open bottles.

one, two, three.

smoke.

maybe when the mommies and daddies

stop telling their kiddies we’re bad,

maybe the hands will pause.

four, five, six.

sniff.

the clouds look better

than this life.

seven, eight, nine.

snicker.

like a skull.
