Once again it is time

Take a crowbar and pry open my skull

Let the thoughts and images flow

All in psychopathic glory

The beauty of the mind

A mental hard drive

Harboring memories and fantasies

The serene and obscene

My mind is a multiplex movie theatre

Where I have exclusive admission

To see all my fears in surreal form

Since I fancy myself as a writer

I’m compelled to put these thoughts

Into words, descriptive words

That insert a snapshot into the mind

A mental upload

Of whatever insanity

 I’ve conjured for the moment
