The stars are shinning
The moon is full
The crickets are hissing
You're alone

The c**k is crowing
The sun is rising
The birds are singing
You're alone

The breeze is blowing
The oceans are flowing
The flowers are blossoming
You're alone

The music is tuning
The people are dancing
The party is rocking
You're alone

The people are all around you
They talk in tongues
They're not making any sense
You're alone

The people are all around
You scream out loud
They cannot hear you

The town is empty
Your voice is an echo
The library is a hash
Theres not a person in sight
you're alone

Even lions stalk in prides
Even fish swim in schools
Even bees fly in swarms
And sometimes they'd rather be in pairs
Because thats the way God made them
And thats the way Noah rescued them
But you're alone

The universe is a billion stars
Every star brings a new galaxy
A new world, new hope, new possibilities
The world is open for discovery
There must be life beyond
