Gods and MindA Poem by ravincauseDebates adrift in creation.
I will not argue the Gods of your religions
nor debate the theories of the ancient makers of your world. “Making sense” sends pleasure ripples through the brain, when ideas fall into the places you have already assigned to them. Such limited pursuits, miss the miracles of life, the ineffable understandings that flow from the stars... In a smug huff, you walk off satisfied with yourself, and I am left alone with my being. You do not yet know, The Great Mystery cannot be explored with the mind. © 2011 ravincause |
