Deeper waters
Silent serenity
Victorian white
Emotions leaping
Candles of kind
Smiling bright
Who was I?
Dark or light?
Jekyl or hyde?
Devil or angel?
I confused the good,
And I confused the bad
Both sides of me beautiful
Yet sin, yes, not who I am
The deepness of the moon
Christ has himself,
But the isolation of shame
And the loveless logic,
Belonged to 'prince of evil'
The energy of the sun
Christ glows with such,
But the emotions unregulated
And the passions, ungodly directed
Belonged to 'master of decay'
It's not balancing good and evil,
It's finding the 'self' in Christ
It's diversity, not human 'ideal'
It's goodness, not fluid and unreal
The Lord loves you
Yes He does
Both as moon and sun
But, He is still Just and,
the Forgiver of bad done
Amen.
