Everything's been written

Everything's been written

A Poem by copperconan

young man outside the book store

looked like he lost his only friend

the owner opened up the door

said "why don’t you come on in"

young man looked at many books

and finally turned around

he said "everything’s been written

I might as well leave town ..

From a back room came a garment

no face or eyes were seen

just a voice from a distant past

with wisdom sharp and keen

everything’s been written

when the last star leaves the skies

Everything’s been written

when the last loving mother dies

take the quill here from my hand

steps you take will be your ink

your passion , dreams , and fantasies

will take you to the writers brink

Very creative and unique subject. This is what a writer is all about...to chronicle history as it happens, according to his view.

All you need is a blank piece of paper...the word of the world is in your hands!
