it's funny how I trusted you
like a little naive girl
who was vulnerable and in terrible danger of the cruel world you took me by the hand and told me that no one else would understand you gave me false hope and security I'd thought I'd always be yours and that it was meant to be Those words haven't yet left me and you'll always be a reminder of that little naive girl that I used to be. © 2013 Audrey BowersReviews
