Eat full but not plenty.
Let the dining table be never empty.....
View the charms of nature,
Believing we are the work of a loving creator..
Forgive more and fret less,
Get blessed and learn to bless.
Innocence is the essence,
Rejuvenate your presence.
Love selflessly,
Help endlessly.
Create a ripple in others world,
Before you are in the grave all curled!
