Learning to conquer negative emotion is a wise thing to do. It makes living alot easier. Nice brevity here. I imagined taking in deep breaths and breathing all the negative thoughts out.

ya breathing exercises also help us to stop thinking too much and reduce stress , aniexty too.
Sometimes our negative emotions upset us and we struggle to quell them. Bad move. We must stand aside and let them be what they are until they pass. Good insight here.
A wonderful expression of such an important topic. "I am" supposedly comes from the time man could only distinguish what is alive from what was not by saying to breath. And so I am is to say I breath. Breathing is the core of Yoga, meditation, health. It is used for relaxation, pain control, stress reduction, focus. Enough. Very well written.
