supression of infinityA Poem by Bewitching Sensationviolating natureWhen you diminish someone else You diminish yourself When you diminish yourself You diminish others You cannot have personal integrity Without revering presence of others Take care of those around us There lives are entrusted to us Something is sacred about presence We often become blind to it Violating nature and those around Our world becomes waste We lament the absence of God Yet it’s us that has killed him That road we have all trod Those that day we are akin Our world is full of sacred presence But our minds are too hardened We don’t sense the ever present sacred As our ancestors did vanward Our arrogance and greed have killed the spirit The suppression of Divine affinity Costing us a terrible price Nature and person losing inner divinity
