King of Man

Seek truth and the Lord shall tell

of ghastly visions in the pits of hell,

of mankind's eternal shame,

God's children burnt by the infinite flame.

See Satan, you must,

doomed to choke on the great God's dust.

He who knows all things

knows too the pain of hell's nine rings.

Show me the man deserved

of Hell's boiling black fire

What horrific sin leaves man

to the devil's desire?

Did he kill a man,

or simply love him?

It is all God's plan

no matter how grim

Is there no love left

in our God's endless heart?

Has he no pity

for sins older than time?

God who forgives

but does not forgive

God who is kind

but so very cruel

God who made us as we are

yet punishes us for failure

God loves the man

he torments.

Beyond time.
