·         The UIBs within the cluster wherever the director has substantial interest or otherwise has not settle forced any public investor hold any public deposit as on the date and cannot accept constant in future

·         The company has developed “Fair Practices Code” as prescribed by run pointers.

·         A bankers’ certificate of no lien indicating balances in support of web closely held Fund and a duplicate of mounted Deposit Receipt.

·         Audited money statements beside administrators & auditors’ report from the date of incorporation of the corporate, or for last 3 years, whichever is a smaller amount, (In case of existing companies).

·         Certified copies of instructional and skilled qualification of all administrators and knowledge certificate within the sector of monetary Services if any.

·         Bankers’ report in respect of someone company, its group/subsidiary/associate/holding company/related parties, administrators of the someone company having a considerable interest in different corporations  The Banker’s report shall state concerning the dealings done by these entities with the bankers as a depositing entity or a borrowing entity.
