HOMESICK 
Unexplored horizons tug at my hand.
A stranger, I'm lost, in a familiar land !

Surging towards deep disaster with passion,
Anchored I am in a safe haven !

Impulsive for a rudderless ride,
Nostalgic for my familiar life !

With compass led astray,
Centred I remain, without directions !

Can anyone steer my inner quest for the merge?
I do not seek any wisdom guide to emerge !

An inner silence, an intuitive sense will help converge !
Then why oh why does my mind diverge ???

Homeward bound~~~~~~~
Wandering....... Meandering.......
Homesick I am
For my own Home !!!

Madam,

The feelings of longing for home are very well conveyed. Made me miss my home too.

I understand that the rhyming is not important when the expressions are to be conveyed in their wholesomeness and totality.

The last verse is my favorite as I see it as a resolution of an inner conflict and an understanding and insight into the reasons for the loss of direction!
