Why did you leave me?

Why did you leave me?

A Poem by Raj Sahu
"

The poem is based on the separation of two loving souls.

"

Why did you leave me?
Was I wrong?
Why you didn't see,
That I cried all night long?

Why did you leave me?
Was there any misunderstanding?
Why did you do this?
Was our relation not outstanding?

Why did you leave me?
Had I ever hurt you?
Why you didn't complain,
And didn't even give me a clue?

I wish that may you return back,
Every day my heart receives an attack.

“Why did you leave me?
Was I wrong?
Why you didn't see,
That I cried all night long?"

Separation is the worst thing between any relation. I am too sorrowful for both the souls.
Now, about the poem, the question verses are good as they make a musical sense. The last two lines are too touching. My only suggestion to both the souls that they can come together and mediate between themselves.

i can relate to this many times through my single years after divorce. It affects young and old
wise and stupid and blind and seeing, deaf and dumb, we all need loveo and fear rejection.
Eventually as you age you get to just like your own company and love yourself and find yourself your true self in your loneliness.
this is an art i believe.
i liked your poem and wish you well
thanks for entering into my competition

you are most welcome like you writing a good deal
To the one who left: it really just depends on the situation. Our experiences are what shape us and I imagine the one who fled is traumatized by something in their past that is afraid of love or perhaps this love was toxic to begin with. If this was a long-time love it could be because they have started to take their loyalty for granted and aren't truly understanding each other like they used to and now they need their distance to see if that love is still real and if they meet again then you'll learn your answer and if you never see them again then there will be another chance with another love.
For the other person, the one left behind, don't go chasing after the one who left - they'll need to find their own way back if it is meant to be but do not close off from the world or this person - unless abusive, that's when you stay the hell away. If they meet again they'll find their answers but now, that they've left, pick up the pieces and start over someplace new. Figure yourself out before walking into another relationship but definitely express what you're feeling before it drowns you.
When I say you I mean third person out of an outsider's view. Not like you you unless this is you. Powerful story, the emotions of anguish, despair, and unanswered questions.

It is amazing...I should say that they should accept their destiny...

‘When two hearts separate, one soul dies'

It is very painful depiction there. I should recommend these two souls to forget everything and move ahead.
