Chronicles of a son- Part IA Poem by daydreamerThe poem of relationship between a mother and sonYou rejoiced the day When you knew That I was conceived, In your sacred womb. Your celebrations knew Not any boundaries, You were rejuvenated self, Taking utmost precautions, When you walked or talked Slept or dreamt. You always thought about New life within you. I hung on like a parasite Deep in your womb Growing, kicking, swirling, sucking Every bit of nutrition from your veins. You fed me with utmost joy With all kinds of extra proteins Gently caressing your stomach Asking me “when will you be born?” Your selfless love and devotion Filled my soul with blood flesh and Bones and transformed me Into human today No words shall be enough No price shall match Your care and affection You are my Angel- MOTHER. © 2012 daydreamer |
