a short poem about friendship and the way my friends make me feel c:

You hold my hand,

You raise me up,

and whenever I feel like

everything's breaking down

I turn to you

My world, falls apart

Can't see straight anymore

Need someone to show me that

It's gonna be alright

I turn to you

Sometimes a friend

Says something that keeps you going

Does something that makes you wanna cry, and smile, and laugh

And I don't know what else to do

I turn to you

And when the skies are crying,

And the rain is falling,

And the earth is rumbling

And when the stars are falling,

Tears running down my face…

I'll turn to you

Because you, you are my friend

And I'll stick with you to the end,

We'll go through times, thick and thin

Don't you know, don't you know

That if I ever need someone
