Far Away Places

Deep down in the depths of my cloudy mind

Lay dreams that take me to far away places.

The sky there is violet, and the sun shines darkness.

The grass grows red and the people are shadows.

But they welcome me there with greeting smiles,

Pulling me in with the spark of their eyes.

They whisper their stories into my ears,

And show me their lives through thought.

Adventures throughtout my mind take me to these far away places,

And these far away places are where I belong.
