Till Death Will I Care

Till Death Will I Care

A Poem by Wingless Angel of Dreams
"

Caring can make you strong, by ripping you up inside.

"

The need to be a caregiver
Happens as you grow older
But sometimes it seems too early
Where you feel held back
Unable to help.

And at that time
That need hurts your insides deep
Eating away at your sanity
Like you chip away your nails

You reach out and cry to help
But all you can do is stay back
Just listening as your insides melt
And your heart faintly asks it all to end

Behind it all the true force lies
About a ageless word and truth
That is the undying feeling called love
Held in the grasps of distance

Teenage love, is the prime of this feeling,
The one that makes you cry to God
“Not again, not again please don’t do this again”
Worries locked up, because you can’t say a thing
All ripping and breaking your heart.
