the proposal

the proposal

A Poem by abhishek raghav
"

its about a prince and a princess whos family decide to make their fate and how they fal in love

"

the proposal

the prince came on a horse

princess just out of remorse

the ocassion was glooming

every face was blooming

they both are getting married

but the proposal was never carried

both never liked each other

idea was given by princess brother

it all went by a royal address

princes was out in her dress

prince now was worried

as the proposal was never carried

first time their eyes met

he saw that her's was wet

he wanted this to stop

tear's of her's to crop

but this time he didn't hurried

as the proposal was about to be carried

he whispered into her ear

hey lady you need not fear

the girl gathered courage

as her father looking in rage

all her sentiments were burried

as the proposal was never carried

the wedding was over

their heart started to hover

the girl was sent with the prince

now it was too late for her to wince

on the way home the girl was queried

as the proposal was still not carried

as the days went past

understanding went fast

the love casted it spell

love was filled in both the shells

both of them in love scuried

as the proposal was about to be carried

both of them fell in love

not like it was behove

and one day prince so daring

coming along a  ring

and differences between them were harried

and this is how the proposal was carried
