Washroom in New York

Washroom in New York

A Poem by Julie Spade

Blue tiles

Glued  onto

A Korean War Pipe

Gas and cancerous weapons

behind the expensive wall

A green colored stall

in which protect our images from other girls

we are too fat

we are too ugly

we are too skinny

 "She's a w***e!"

Blood spills on the floor so does tissue and more

"I say Hi to her, because I feel bad for her!"

Phoning our mothers for advice

calling our friends for a confidence boost.

   "She's IS fake!"

                           "She's SO annoying!"

                                      "I'm SO fat!"

Crying when life isn't doing us much good.

Laughing when you hear someone

throw an atomic bomb

The One!

   The Only!
