Piste 11

Piste 11

A Poem by Julie Spade
"

The meaning of this poem is that love has no climate, time or age it just happens when the moment within them is right.

"

Snow plunging down the hardened pavement

Icing the celsius beach. Exposing its' potholes and black ice

The Christmas tree glows its' colors of vibrance and glee

Skating for hours without ankle pain..

The children did not feel shame

Forgetting to write in fancy name

Embracing their mother , containing gratitude and passion .

The mother kisses their bangs and wonder if life or if even God could keep them pure and beautiful forever

Couples develop the strange sensation of romance and need for warmth, locking with a man wearing a Piste 11 jacket of price.

Unexpected and anxious, he goes on one knees , propsing to his beloved.
