the unearthing of a shallow graveA Poem by Ramsey's Rebelliona quick poem penned to commemorate my return to online writing community.
The great maw of time
has chomped tired fingers who've lost interest and lain listless. The mind has grown weary of its long sleep. The aching fingers long to type again. The shallow grave of self doubt is disturbed, hinting at resurrection-- the hope of new words. A new vista opens as the poet breathes again. From death, life; poetry is written.
