he died today and things will never be the same

my pap died today
i love you pappy
i will miss you
every single day

your laughs your jokes
like "What's Up?
you being gone
truely sucks

you are the best there is, the best there was, the best there every will be

i will write music
for you
because every time i played
it brought joy to you

why did you
have to go
was it his time?
i guess so

God i know he's
in a better place
now he can meet his maker
face to face

i still
want him here
so i can love on him
and hold him dear

you will always hold a special place in my heart

Aw, I'm sorry, sweetie. It hurts when someone leaves us, but we have to remember that when they do, its to a better and sweeter place. Your Pap wouldn't want you to be sad. Remember your good times but don't forget the bad, and always keep him in your heart.

i know what you mean. i went through almost the exact same thing when my grandfather died. i know it sucks, but now that he's gone, you get to cherish all the good memories you had with him :)

I almost cried when I read this...It reminded me of my Aunt who became like a mom to me when my mom had cancer...I wanted to cry because it totally reminded me of her. I'm sorry he died, if you need to vent I'll listen.
