Light.

Light rules over darkness.
It conquers the darkness,
always destroying it.

Light is brighter than bright.
It never dulls, it keeps going,
no matter what.

Light is everlasting.
It will never end, always
going, never stopping.

Light is hope.
It defeats our sadness,
helping us be
the optimism of the world.

No matter how much darkness
is in the world, whether it be war,
sickness, drugs, death, there
will always be light.

We must never forget that.
